Derry Presbyterian Church, Hershey PA is looking for a full-time, benefits eligible Director of Music Ministry and Organist. Derry has 2 Sunday services and 8 choirs. Derry relies on volunteer choir directors for most of their choirs. A 1951 Aeolian Skinner organ is in the process of being installed. Dynamic UCC church in Elizabethtown, PA seeks an Organist to lead worship through music. The successful candidate will possess strong musical skills playing the organ and piano as well as skills in organization and cooperative teamwork. Candidates should have a degree or equivalent experience, and have a broad knowledge of church music repertoire with proficiency in a wide range of musical styles. The responsibilities of the Organist include: Approximately 10 hours per week doing the following: accompanying adult choir rehearsals (occasionally other choirs); playing for two Sunday morning worship services (one during the summer); playing for a limited number of special worship services.

Hope United Methodist Church in Ephrata is seeking a part-time organist to provide music for its weekly worship service, as well as special services. The organist also attends one Wednesday evening choir rehearsal and works closely with the Director of Music to provide accompaniment for the Senior Choir and church soloists.
Interested candidates should possess a high level of organ and piano proficiency, as well as experience following a conductor and accompanying choirs and soloists. The Unitarian Universalist Church of Lancaster, PA seeks a half-time Music Director (20 hours/wk), to begin August 1, 2019. Primary responsibilities are: to provide excellent, diverse, multi-cultural and theme-enhancing choral and instrumental music aligned with UU values for Sunday worship; to promote the art of music as a spiritual practice integral to UUCL ; and to nurture music throughout all areas of congregational life. Neffsville Mennonite Church is seeking a part-time Organist (approx. 7 hrs. a week, including practice) for their 10:00AM worship service, as well as special services throughout the year, and weddings and funerals. The Organist must demonstrate professional skills in pipe organ both as soloist and accompanist, including knowledge of both traditional and more modern styles of hymns, anthems and service music. Neffsville has a Schantz organ with 1425 pipes and 25 chimes that was installed in 1991. The Organist is responsible to the Director of Music and Worship and also works closely with the Lead Pastor and song leaders to ensure that music remains a relevant and vital part of church programs and enhances the worship of the church.
