Hamilton Park United Church of Christ. We are searching for an Accompanist to bring their gifts to our church where we appreciate a blend of contemporary and traditional music. General Responsibilities: In support of the vision of the church, this year round, part time, salaried position will provide music for worship and other events in a manner that enhances the spirit of worship and enriches the congregation's appreciation of music. Salem UMC in Manheim, PA is seeking a part-time Music Director to oversee the music ministry of the church and to direct our choir. The candidate should be skilled at traditional choir direction, playing the piano/keyboard, and vocal performance. A strong personal faith in Christ and spiritual maturity is required. Candidates must be able to work Wednesday nights from September through May, and Sunday mornings year-round. Saint Johnís UCC, Schuylkill Haven is continuing to search for qualified applicants to fill the position of Organist & Accompanist as well as potentially Director of Music. Responsibilities include playing for one Sunday worship service as well as other seasonal services, accompanying the Chancel Choir including a weekly rehearsal, and assisting with the handbell choir. Salary will be based on experience and actual responsibilities. Saint Johnís has a vibrant and active music program and installed a new organ in 2017. At this point the position is part time with no other responsibilities other than Sunday mornings and special events as needed or available. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience. Covenant United Methodist Church in Lancaster PA is hiring a part-time accompanist for its traditional service. This city church has a strong tradition of excellent music and hopes to find a committed and talented individual with proficiency in piano and possibly organ, who will serve as accompanist to the adult Chancel Choir as well as to vocal and instrumental soloists or ensembles throughout the year. St. Johnís (Hains) UCC, Wernersville, PA. We are looking to hire four choir section leaders (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, and Bass) on a part time basis. Our aim is for this group to become the core of our newly developing choir after being absent for over a year. Duties will include a Wednesday night rehearsal and one Sunday morning worship service, both usually run about an hour. Music will mostly be hymns and hymn arrangements. The schedule now will be one Sunday a month for June, July, and August. Then it will most likely be every Sunday starting in September. The church is paying $50 per person per session. So for a Wednesday rehearsal and Sunday performance it would be $100. St. John Lutheran Church in York is in need of a temporary organist for the 10:00 liturgical service while they look to fill this position with a permanent organist and choir director. They do not wish to fill this position in this COVID environment but need a temporary/substitute organist. Duties would be to play for this service only. Bethany UMC, Red Lion, PA Ė Organist - Bethany is currently looking for a spiritually mature Christian to play the organ for Sunday morning worship. This includes both 8:00am and 10:30am Traditional Services Ė the 8:00am Service has been paused for now because of COVID-19. General responsibilities include playing for Sunday Morning Worship as well as Wednesday evening choir practice from 6:30 Ė 7:30 pm and other special services. The organist is also responsible to select and provide appropriate music for the Prelude, Postlude and Offertory as well as rehearse with any soloists, choral groups or instrumentalists as needed. Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church (CLC) in Dallastown is seeking an Organist.  General responsibilities include providing organ music for 10:30 AM traditional, special worship services (Christmas and Lent), and participation in worship service planning with the pastors.  CLC's musical equipment includes a beautiful M. P.
